CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDTIONS

When booking an appointment and/or using my services you are agreeing to all of my Terms and Conditions, including my  Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy, and my De-Matting Policy

Here at JAIE'S Professional Dog Grooming, I do not tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour. Such behaviour will result in a salon ban, and my services being refused.

When parking please park respectfully, and do not block the exit.

Dogs are to be ON LEAD at all times whist on the premises.

When toileting your dog please pick it up and place in the black bin. If you do not have a bag please ask inside the salon I will be happy to give you some free of charge.

All payments must be made at the time of collection of your dog, by CASH, CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD.

If you are more than 20 minuets late arriving for your appointment, you MAY be offered a bath and tidy if there is sufficient time left, if not you WILL be classed as a no show and full payment will be required as your appointment has been reserved for your dog, and I will be unable to fill at short notice. Please see my Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy.

Please arrive promptly to collect your dog and wait in your car until you have been waved in (so that you do not disturb your dog whilst I am finishing the last touches), unless instructed otherwise.

Late collections MAY result in extra fees.

Dogs that are extremely knotty and/or matted will be clipped off, please see my De-Matting Policy for full information regarding knotty and matted dogs.

You (THE DOGS OWNER) MUST declare any behaviour and medical issues that may cause issues with the grooming process, such as aggression, bite history, sezuires, pregnancy, deafness, blindness, ect failure to do so MAY result in a FINE, SALON BAN, and/or the AUTHORITIES BEING NOTIFYED.

If you FAIL TO DECLARE that your dog is suspected to be pregnant, is pregnant, or still nursing puppies, JAIE'S Professional Dog Grooming is NOT responsable for any loss, or abandonment that may be caused as a result. 

If you FAIL TO DECLARE that your dog is aggressive and/or has a bite history, you MAY be banned from making any future bookings and MAY be charged extra, and MAY be reported to the authorities. JAIE'S Professional Dog Grooming, if and when needed, will use a muzzle on your dog to protect myself, other groomers, and your dog.

By making an appointment and/or using JAIE'S Professional Dog Grooming's services you agree to let me take and use photos of your dog to use on social media, and for advertising purposes.
